SIMPLE, HEALTHY and DELICIOUS Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad...


8 ounces Banza chickpeas rotini pasta

3 cups shredded chicken

3 cups romaine lettuce

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/2 a jar of HEALTHY or HOMEMADE Caesar dressing

(I like Primal Kitchen brand)

salt and pepper to taste

1-2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice


1. Cook pasta and let cool

2. Toss the pasta with shredded chicken, romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, salt and pepper

3. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and toss again and serve
