Ingredients:
-8oz cream cheese
-4oz butter
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-3 tablespoons monk fruit sugar
-2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Additional Add Ins: blueberries, blackberries, strawberries,
raspberries, almond butter
Directions: Mix in blender and add to bar mold or small muffin tin and freeze.
You can also melt Lilly's dark chocolate and drizzle on top along with some coconut flakes. These are higher in fat so don’t want to eat more than two a day. Great way to get a sweet fix and add some fat as energy that does not spike blood sugar.
