Funkylicious Healthy Lemon Herb Dressing


1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 teaspoons Himalayan salt

3 cloves fresh garlic minced

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

3/4 cup cold pressed olive oil


Add all ingredients to a Ninja blender or regular blender and mix until smooth.


I like to double the recipe so that I have it all week long for salads!

If it gets thick from being refrigerated, simply pop in the microwave in increments of 10 seconds.
